A VERY late fair post :)

So, I wrote this post probably

a month ago and am just now

getting around to posting it...

I've been running around like a chicken

with its head cut off for the past few

weeks...

We have a contract on our house

and so I've been one busy Mommy packing

packing, and more packing...and we just got

back from our family vacation in the beautiful

mountains of Angel Fire!

{which was a WONDERFUL break

from the craziness around our house...}

I'll share those lovely pics with yall

next time :) It was simply BEAUTIFUL!!

...We also found a new house!

We made an offer, they accepted, now

we're well on our way to closing on our new

home just a week or so after we close on our

current home!

SO...that means we're homeless for a week...

not really, we've got lots a family that we

can stay with! Just not super excited about

moving twice/living out of a suitcase for a week...

But, on the BRIGHT SIDE...we have been SO richly

blessed that the Lord has provided the right buyers

for our house and the PERFECT new home

for us to move in to!

{so THANKFUL!}

...now, back to business!

About a month ago we took the girls to the Tri-state fair...

What a fun time we had!

{and got the girls each a wristband...

which was SO nice but very pricy $$$$}

But the girls could ride any ride they wanted

as MANY times as they wanted...which was good

bc they wanted to ride the same rides over and over!

he was stuck in there...he has Poppy wrapped around

his tiny little finger...}

Then Mommy & Ethan rode the carousel!

After a few rides we went and ate some

YUMMY food, then walked around and came

upon this GIANT coloring wall!

{the kids LOVE this}

...then it was time for Round 2 of Food!

{If you've ever been to the fair, you know that

it is a MUST to try lots & lots of the

greasy, yet delicious food!}

Ethan's FAVORITE part of the fair

was the live monkey that you could

give a dollar to, the monkey takes the dollar

from you and then shakes your hand!

I LOVE the look on his face when he shook his hand!

Then it was time for the petting zoo!

{she has an imaginary zebra friend named Marty...}

Ethan LOVED the petting zoo

{he's kinda the animal whisperer,

they all are so CALM around him...}

My sister, Mom & Molly met us on our way out!

{isn't she adorable? :)}

Such a fun time at the fair!
